What happens next

  1. Send a short note

Your business name, city and what you need.

  2. Get a reply

Ali or a senior strategist answers, usually the next business day.

  3. Plan the next step

If it fits, you get a clear proposal. If not, honest advice.

What to include in your first message

You do not need a brief. A few facts and photos let us give you a useful answer the first time:

  • Your company name and where you work, such as the city and the areas you cover.
  • What you want to change: the name, the logo, the vans, the uniforms, or everything.
  • Photos, if you have them: one van side, one rear door, a uniform, a service sticker and an invoice or quote header.
  • Your current logo file, in whatever format you have. If you are not sure what you have, say so.
  • Fleet details: how many vehicles, which makes and models, and whether any are due for replacement.
  • Timing: a launch date, a season you are planning around, or a vehicle delivery date.
  • For a new division: the parent company name, and how closely you want the two connected.

A text with two photos and a sentence is a perfectly good start.

A template you can copy

Hi, this is [Your name] from [Business name] in [City]. We install and service boilers across [Service area]. We're thinking about [a new name / a logo refresh / wrapping our vans / new uniforms]. We have [number] vehicles. Photos attached. Best time to reach me is [Day and time].

What happens next

  1. We read what you sent. If something is missing, we ask one short question rather than sending a questionnaire.
  2. A conversation. About 30 minutes by phone or video to understand the company, the market and what the brand needs to do. This is free.
  3. A written brief and quote. The problem we are solving, what we will deliver, the order of work, the timeline and the cost.
  4. Your decision. No pressure and no follow-up sequence. If it is not the right time, that is fine.

If you go ahead, the project starts with an audit of every place your brand appears today. See the services overview for what each piece of work involves.

Before you call: three useful things to know

Whether your name needs work

Read the screening checklist in our naming guide. If your name passes, you probably need a logo refresh rather than a new name.

What your vans are doing now

Run the three-second test from our van wrap guide. It takes five minutes and tells you whether your fleet is advertising or decoration.

What a rebrand could cost you

If you have years of reviews under your current name, read the rebranding guide so you know which questions to ask.

If you are not ready yet

That is fine. Many owners first get in touch months before new vans arrive or a division launches. A short conversation now can save money later, because it is cheaper to plan the identity before vehicles are ordered and stickers are printed than to change them afterwards.

Who you are talking to

Boilers.Company is part of the Sedighi.ca and SAZ.ca group of companies, headquartered in Vancouver, British Columbia, and led by Ali Sedighi, MBA. We are a branding and marketing service for boiler companies, not a contractor: we never install, repair or service equipment, and we cannot help with a heating breakdown. If your heat is out, call a licensed heating contractor in your area.

We only send messages to people who have contacted us first, and we use your details only to reply to you. More about us is on the about page, and plan prices are on the pricing page.

Frequently asked questions

Is the first conversation free?

Yes. A first conversation costs nothing and carries no obligation. Monthly plans also start with a 7-day free trial that needs no credit card.

Who will reply?

A senior strategist, with Ali Sedighi leading the work. You will not be handed to a sales script.

Can we meet in person?

Yes. We are headquartered in Vancouver, and consultations are available in person or online by video call, as well as by phone, text and email. Most identity work is done from photos and vehicle details, so being in another province is not a barrier.

What if we only want advice on one thing, like a van layout?

Ask. Sometimes a short conversation and a written note is all you need, and we will tell you if that is the case.
