Choose by the problem, not by the deliverable. If people mishear or forget your name, start with naming. If the name is fine but looks amateur or falls apart at small sizes, start with the logo. If the identity is solid but invisible on the road, go straight to the fleet. Every service below can stand alone, and each one is planned with the rollout in mind.
-
Company and division naming
A shortlist of names that are easy to say on the phone, fit a van door, and are screened before you fall in love with one.
-
Logo and visual identity
A mark, colours and type that stay legible on a boiler sticker, a rooftop sign and a phone screen.
-
Vehicle wraps and fleet graphics
Van and truck graphics that tell a driver in traffic what you do and how to reach you.
-
Uniforms and crew apparel
Workwear that makes a technician recognisable at the door and holds up in mechanical rooms.
-
Brand rollout and launch
One planned changeover across your website, Google profile, invoices, stickers and fleet, without losing the reviews you earned.
Naming
Naming is the right first step when the current name is holding the company back. Typical signs: callers repeat it back wrong, it sounds like a competitor, it ties you to one town you have outgrown, or you are launching a boiler division that needs its own identity.
We build a shortlist, test it for spoken clarity and length on a van door, and screen it against the public trademark database and provincial registries. We do not give legal advice, so the final candidate always goes to your lawyer or a registered trademark agent. Details are on the naming page.
Logo and visual identity
Start here when the name works but the look does not. Many boiler companies run on a mark that was made quickly years ago and now exists only as a blurry image file.
The work produces a mark, a colour palette, typefaces and a short rulebook for staff and suppliers. We design for the smallest uses first: the service sticker on a boiler jacket, a Google profile icon, the header of a quote. See logo and visual identity.
Vehicle wraps and fleet graphics
Go straight to the fleet when the identity is sound but the vans are plain, inconsistent or covered in information nobody can read at speed. For many boiler companies the fleet is the largest piece of advertising they own.
We design for real vehicle templates, set a layout hierarchy (what you do, your name, how to reach you), and produce files and a specification your installer can quote against. The vehicle wraps page explains our process and what to ask installers.
Uniforms and crew apparel
Uniforms matter most when your technicians are the brand in person: residential service calls, strata buildings, commercial plant rooms. A recognisable crew is reassuring to a homeowner opening the door to a stranger.
We specify garments, logo placement and colours that survive heat, grime and repeated washing, and we leave purchasing to your supplier. Read about uniforms and crew apparel.
Brand rollout and launch
Rollout is the service people skip and regret. Changing a brand touches your website, Google Business Profile, directory listings, invoices, quotes, service stickers, vehicles and clothing, and the order matters.
We write the changeover plan, prepare the online pieces, and time the physical changes so customers can always connect the new look with the company they trusted. If you have years of reviews under an old name, read our rebranding guide first, then see the rollout service.

What we never do
We are not a contractor. We never install, repair or service boilers or any other equipment, and we do not give legal, engineering or code-compliance advice. We also do not print, wrap or sell physical products. Keeping that line clear means your suppliers compete on price for production while the design stays consistent.
Prices for the marketing plans and websites that usually accompany identity work are on the pricing page, and examples of what a consistent brand has done for our HVAC clients are on the results page.
Frequently asked questions
Can I hire you for just a van wrap?
Yes, provided your logo file is usable at large size. If it only exists as a low-resolution image, we will recommend redrawing the mark first, because a wrap enlarges every flaw.
Do I need a new name to get a new logo?
Usually not. Most established boiler companies keep their name and refresh the mark and colours. A new name is worth considering only when the current one is confusing, limiting or legally risky.
Who produces the physical items?
Your own wrap installer, sign shop and apparel supplier. We design, specify and check proofs; we do not print, install or sell products.
Is this separate from your marketing plans?
It can be quoted on its own, but identity work usually runs alongside a website package or a monthly marketing plan so the new brand appears online at the same time it appears on the road.
