There are two kinds of cost on this page. The first is the published marketing plans and website packages from our parent, HVAC.Agency, which most identity projects sit alongside. The second is the identity work itself, which we quote in writing for each project. All prices are in Canadian dollars; Canadian clients add 5% GST in the western provinces and the North, 13–15% HST in Ontario and Atlantic Canada, or GST and QST in Quebec. Every monthly plan can be tried for 7 days at no charge, without a credit card, and none of them locks you in.

How identity work is quoted
Naming, logo systems, fleet graphics and uniform specifications are quoted per project after a first conversation. What moves the number:
- Naming or no naming. A new name adds research, screening and a lawyer hand-off note.
- Redraw or new mark. Refining a recognised logo is usually less work than building one from scratch.
- Number of vehicle types. Each make and model needs its own template layout. Five identical vans cost far less to design for than five different ones.
- Wardrobe size. A shirt and a jacket is a small job; a full seasonal wardrobe with name tapes is larger.
- Rollout breadth. How many listings, documents and locations need to change over.
Production (printing, installation, garments) is always paid directly to your suppliers. We do not mark up products.
A worked example of judging the cost
Put your own numbers into this. Suppose:
- your average boiler replacement brings in $11,000
- your gross margin on it is 32%, so each job contributes $3,520
- a full identity refresh, website and fleet graphics cost you $20,000 in total, including your installer's bill
The project pays back after about six additional replacements over the life of the brand. For most established boiler companies, that is a modest hurdle across several years. If the maths does not work at your volume, a smaller first step, such as a logo redraw and one wrapped van, may be the better choice. The services overview explains which piece to start with.
How to choose a starting point
Match the spend to the stage your company is at. Owners often overbuy at launch and underinvest later, when the brand is proven and ready to be pushed harder.
- New company or division: naming, logo and an Essential or Professional website, then a Starter plan.
- Established company, dated look: logo refresh, fleet and uniforms, alongside a Growth plan if you want the change to show up in search and ads.
- Multi-location or multi-brand: an Enterprise website, an Elite plan and a full brand rollout.
We are a branding and marketing service, not a contractor. Questions about contracts and ownership are answered on the FAQ page, and you can see named examples on the results page.
Frequently asked questions
Why is there no fixed price for a logo?
Because the scope varies too much. Redrawing an existing mark for a single-van company is a different job from naming a new division and designing for a mixed fleet. We quote each project in writing after a first conversation.
Do your prices include wrap printing or uniforms?
No. Production is paid directly to your wrap installer and apparel supplier. Our quote covers design, files, specifications and proof reviews.
Is there a contract?
Monthly plans have no lock-in. Each project's scope and cost are set out in writing before work starts.
Do you charge sales tax?
Yes. Prices are in Canadian dollars, and boiler firms in Canada add their province's GST or HST, or GST and QST in Quebec.
What is in the free trial?
For seven days, at no cost and with no card on file, you get an audit of your current marketing, a website speed and performance check, an SEO review and a look at how you compare with local competitors.
